Food, laughter, ladies only, and sex toys. Sound like a male fantasy? Well, in a way I guess it is, but not in the way that first comes to mind.
It's a Passion Party. Think Pampered Chef, only these fun little items are to enhance the heat in the bedroom, not the kitchen.
I finally got my opportunity to attend a Passion Party about a week ago. Having been looking forward to this for a while, I left my kids at home with my husband, picked up my two best girlfriends, and headed out for a night of ladies-only fun. And my husband was only too glad to see me go. He jumped at the chance to baby sit, and suggested I spend a dollar amound unheard of at any other "party" I'd ever attended.
And what a fun night it was! Passion Parties, I believe, work because everyone wins. Wives benefit from a fun, relaxed, and private way to learn more about items to enhance their sexual encounters with their husbands, and husband are excited (in more ways than one!) that their wives are making their sexual relationship a priority.
For those who have never been, here's how a ladies-only Passion Party works:
First you have a product presentation. Our particular hostess was quick with humor, but also quite knowledgable about her products. There is something for everyone. They carry everything from lotions and room sprays to vibrators and handcuffs. As we saw something that interested us, she encouraged us to discreetly place a mark by it on an order form, to help us remember it later. Of course, we also discreetly whispered our choices and questions amongst ourselves--we were not a shy group! At the end of the party, each person has the opportunity to go into another room to privately talk to the consultant and place an order. Your hostess receives your order in black bags that have been secured shut, so no one but you and your hubby will ever know what is inside.
So if you are looking to expand the items in your intimate arsenal--be it with a scented sheet spray or a brand new sex toy--these parties provide a fun and private alternative to to the local "sex shop." Passion Parties also offers couples parties, so you and your spouse can explore your interests together.
So if a Passion Party invitation comes in the mail, think of it as one more way to add a little spice to your sex life and reaffirm to your husband your commitment to great married sex!
(There are other home-based businesses that are similar to Passion Parties, so feel free to take advantage of whatever opportunity presents itself! I simply write about Passion Parties because that is the source of my experience.)

Hanging out with the guys, eating pizza and watching the baseball game while our wives are out shopping for sex toys . . . Does Life Get Any Better Than This?
